After I picked one and provided him with the required documents, he took care of the rest-getting the docs to the leasing mgr, following up on the approval process, setting up an appointment for me to sign the lease. My first apartment in NYC and the whole process was easy. Make sure you tell the brokers exactly what you are looking for- size, price,location,amenities, etc. Do your research first!

From his quick, comprehensive replies, to his upbeat attitude and energy, Constantine is simply a breath of fresh air. Due to circumstances out of my control, I was unable to sign a new lease but Constantine was still very understanding but also very supportive. I can say without a doubt that if I could do the entire process all over again I would not hesitate to call Constantine. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
