Adam has spent the majority of the past decade living in Manhattan, primarily in the Financial District and Tribeca neighborhoods, which he knows quite well. Motivated, hardworking and outgoing, Adam has a unique ability to quickly connect with his clients and to keenly understand their needs when finding the right property. This, combined with a strong attention to detail, ensures Adam's client's best interests are met throughout the entirety of the apartment or house-hunting process.
Prior to beginning a career in real estate, Adam worked in development for nonprofits and charitable foundations, cultivating relationships with multinationals, NGOs, other global foundations and state and local governments around the world. These partnerships resulted in raising tens of millions of dollars for programs focused on citizen engagement, urban planning and development, education reform, ecological sustainability, human rights, and public health, as well as New York-based capital projects. He also worked in political fundraising for New York-based local and federal candidates.
Adam earned a BA in Political Science from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA in 2010 and an MBA focusing on entrepreneurship from the University of Edinburgh in Edinburgh, Scotland in 2018.
